“Is it good for me?”

Before you take a bite, ask yourself, “Is what I’m about to eat good for me?”

The path to vibrant health and ideal weight is real, whole food.  Plain and simple.  Only it doesn’t always feel so simple; especially when we struggle with our health, energy, and/or weight.

Real, whole food is what gives us good health.  Real, whole food provides us with critically essential vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals (plant chemicals) that naturally occur in nature.  Real, whole food keeps us healthy, provides us with energy, and helps prevent disease.

What are real, whole foods?  These are the foods we eat in the form they were grown: fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes.

The more real, whole food we eat, the healthier we are, the more vibrant we feel, and the better we look.

Should taste or familiarity with certain foods dominate your desire to make a healthy choice, ask yourself, “Is what I’m about to eat good for me?”
